Oh I am SUPER excited to show you may latest creation. It is SUPER cool! And I am SUPER proud of the drawings I did for it. The theme? Oh it is SUPER! Superheroes and comic books that is. Full of hand drawn heroes and villians including a cute little super dog modled after my dog when he was a puppy. 3 of the heroes have the faces cut out so you can add your own photo and turn your subject into a hero! There are 8 scene papers for you to have fun with extractions including some city scapes, street scenes, outer space and even a train carriage. If that isn't enough to tempt you I have included lots of things you would find in a comic book like comic strips, wordarts, speech bubbles and some props. And I haven't forgotten the traditional style scrappers with this kit either, ther is a whopping 45 traditional style elements to keep you all going for ages. To top it off I have included an A-Z alpha in a super cool comic writting. So what are you waiting for? Deckin' The Halls - and a freebie DIY Christmas craft

Hello digi lovers! Are you sick of Christmas kits yet?? I know I am so this will be the last one I show you. Promise!
Actually I don't mind showing you this one because it is a little different. It has a gorgeous colour scheme. A little quirky and a little shabby. Traditional style kit but not traditional colours. Ok I have shown you this one before....it is the Jingle Bell Rock kit. But just to confuse you all, Courtney and I have put our parts together as a collab at the Den. We changed the name (remember confusing bit?) to "Deckin the Halls" and seeing how Courtney and I have done heaps of collabs together (and plan to do more) we have our own section at the Den where we are known as Kelly-Jo and Courtney Designs! Confused yet?? Now what we do have at the Den that is exclusive to there is a stunning set of photo Christmas cards. We got our wonderfull CT ladies to help out and ended up with 30 cards! So to help you a bit we split them into 2 packs. Pack 1 and pack 2. But if you want to get them all you can get them in a money saving bundle.
So now I get to show of our snazzy new logo and previews (made by the uber talented Courtney) for our new collab! yay!

Now onto the DIY!

I love crafting with paper at Christmas time, well anytime really, but Christmas you kinda get to do stuff you can't do during the year. I made a HUGE banner that hangs across my lounge wall that says....wait for it....Merry Christmas.....

another cute banner using the little clipart characters by Kate from Kitkat79Scraps....poor things are curling a little form all the humidity...I should have used a thicker cardstock..

and some super classy Christmas crackers. Aren't they adorable!!!

If you would like to make some too, here are 2 downloads for you , the first is the instructions along with photos, the second is the template. Super easy and each cracker only takes a couple of minutes to make. To download, click on the image, it will open in a new window/tab and right click and "save". Rustic Winter plus a freebie

Oooh do I have the most beautiful and elegant kit to show you. Rustic Winter is Courtney's Digiscrappin' newest kit and it just took my breath away. First thing that hit me was the gorgeous colours. Crisp whites and greys, a tiny hint of brown and the most lucious red. The elements are a mix of paper style and realistic, and the papers are beautifully grunged and patterned with some scene backgrounds too. This is definitely one versatile kit to add to your stash. Lindsay (Lin's Creations) has been working on a huge steampunk kit which is such a fascinating subject and it amazes me when I see all the creativity people put into it. I had the pleasure of QCing this kit and let me tell you the thought and creativity that has gone into this kit is amazing! Kids In The Kitchen - and a freebie!

I am loving my latest creation. For this one I got my drawing tablet dusted off and went for it. Kids in the Kitchen is the result, featuring the most gorgeous clipart and a yummy chocolate icing alpha. To top it off there is over 30 word art including labels to finish off your pages to perfection. I chose a colour pallete of creams, chocolate, teals and a lucious red.
